Each curriculum book has four lessons that include 6 poses and 1 breath per grade level. By the end of 8th grade your students will know and be able to hold 54 different yoga poses and use 9 different breaths. Every lesson has a yoga game or a yoga activity, an easy to read mat sequence that reinforces the poses, SHAPE America outcomes and assessment ideas.
